Leveraging your technical expertise andcreativity, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality,sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing bridge structures.Key Responsibilities:Experience in detail design of Metro / Bridge/ Railway station buildingUtilize advanced structural analysis software and tools to model, analyze, and optimizebridge designs for strength, stability, and durability.Experience in detail design of substructure, superstructure, Foundation, Open foundation, I-Girder, U-Girder, Box girders, Pier, Pile cap, Bearings, Abutment, RCC Deck Slab, PSC Deck slab, etc. Should be proficient in STAAD Pro/MIDAS. Review and evaluate contractor proposals, shop drawings, and construction plans toverify compliance with design specifications and contract requirements.Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in bridge engineeringand incorporate innovative solutions into project designs.Qualifications:Masters degree in Structural EngineeringProven experience in detail design, client interaction and analysisProficiency in structural software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, Midas or similarprograms.Strong understanding of engineering principles(IRC,IRS,IS) Codes, including structuralmechanics, material properties, and construction methods.Excellent technical writing skills and ability to produce clear, concise engineeringreports and specifications.

Role & responsibilities : Prepare detailed structural drawings for substructures and superstructures, including foundations, piers, abutments, and deck slabs.Develop detailed designs and shop drawings for open foundations, I-girders, U-girders, box girders, piers, pile caps, bearings, and abutments.Work closely with structural engineers and design teams to interpret technical drawings and project specifications.Produce reinforcement detailing for RCC and PSC deck slabs, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.Review and revise drawings based on project feedback, site conditions, and design changes.Ensure all drawings are accurate, properly formatted, and meet project requirements.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support the overall project design and execution.Preferred candidate profile : Minimum 4 years of experience as a Structure Draftsman with a strong background in bridge, railway, and metro infrastructure projects.Proficient in AutoCAD for 2D and 3D drafting, with a good understanding of structural detailing practices.Solid knowledge of structural design concepts related to bridges, railway systems, and metro infrastructure.Experience in detailing of substructures (piers, abutments, pile caps) and superstructures (I-girders, U-girders, box girders, RCC & PSC deck slabs).Familiarity with relevant design codes, standards, and construction practices for infrastructure projects.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
