1. Front Office Executive Key Responsibilities: Create visually appealing graphics, presentations, social media posts, and short videos using Canva and similar tools. Work with the team to turn ideas into clear and attractive content. Write and design simple, engaging materials for internal and external use. Cold call prospective customers and explain about our services Ensure all materials match the brand style and tone. Help with online posts, newsletters, and basic marketing content if needed. Skills Required: Good design sense and creative thinking. Strong communication and basic writing skills. Proficiency in Canva and tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, or simple video editors. Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines. 2. Admin ExecutiveKey Responsibilities: Handle daily office tasks like scheduling, meeting coordination, and file management. Maintain simple trackers and records (e.g., attendance, task lists, updates). Help in organizing events, team meetings, and other activities. Draft and send emails, take meeting notes, and follow up on action points. Keep digital and physical documents well-organized. Support team members with basic tasks and coordination. Skills Required: Good organizational and multitasking skills. Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace. Clear communication and attention to detail. Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time well.
