What You’ll Be Doing: 🎥 Be the Face of SolarSquare’s YouTube Channel Host engaging and insightful videos that explain the benefits of solar energy, our products, and industry trends. Conduct on-field shoots —capturing real customer experiences, vlogs, and behind-the-scenes footage. Represent SolarSquare’s voice with confidence, credibility, and authenticity. 🎤 Deliver Scripts with Energy & Clarity Take scripted content and deliver it in a natural, engaging, and relatable style. Simplify technical and financial aspects of solar energy, making it easy and exciting for audiences. Add your own unique personality while staying aligned with the brand’s voice. 🎬 Create & Optimize High-Impact Content Work with the content and marketing teams to brainstorm, strategize, and produce videos aligned with SolarSquare’s vision. Ensure aesthetic appeal by managing the right backgrounds, visuals, and framing during shoots. Adapt to different video formats including short-form, long-form, explainer videos, testimonials, podcasts, webinars, and live Q&As . Suggest creative ideas to experiment with new formats and viral trends . 📈 Engage & Build a Loyal Community Actively interact with viewers by responding to comments and initiating discussions . Encourage engagement through polls, live sessions, and subscriber Q&A . Foster a growing community of solar enthusiasts who trust and follow the channel. 📊 Analyze & Optimize Video Performance Use YouTube Analytics to track video performance and understand audience behavior . Optimize video titles, descriptions, and thumbnails with keyword research. Perform A/B testing for thumbnails and content strategies to improve click-through rates (CTR) and watch time . 🚀 Stay Ahead of YouTube Trends & Best Practices Keep up with YouTube’s algorithm, platform updates, and content trends . Implement SEO and content optimization techniques to increase organic reach. Stay updated on viral content formats, video retention strategies, and growth hacks . 🎥 Manage SolarSquare’s YouTube Studio Ensure camera, lighting, and audio are professionally set up for each shoot. Work closely with videographers, video editors, and scriptwriters to ensure smooth execution. Maintain a refreshed and visually appealing YouTube setup. 🔥 Experiment with Different Video Formats & Content Styles Explainer videos (breaking down solar concepts simply and effectively). Vlogs & behind-the-scenes content (field visits, customer installations, company culture). Customer testimonials & case studies (showcasing real-life success stories). Live Q&A and interactive sessions (engaging with the audience in real-time). Reaction & breakdown videos (analyzing solar news, policies, or tech updates). What We’re Looking For: ✅ 4 - 5 Years of YouTube Experience – Proven experience as a YouTube creator, host, or presenter with a strong video portfolio . ✅ On-Camera Confidence – Natural screen presence, charismatic delivery, and engaging personality . ✅ Clear & Engaging Speech – Ability to articulate ideas clearly, persuasively, and with enthusiasm . (Languages: Hindi, English, Marathi preferred). ✅ YouTube Growth Expertise – Understanding of YouTube’s algorithm, SEO, and audience growth strategies . ✅ Creative & Adaptable – Ability to adjust tone, style, and format to match different content needs. ✅ Passion for Solar & Sustainability – Deep enthusiasm for clean energy and sustainable living . ✅ Tech & Aesthetic Savvy – Strong visual sense , ability to choose great backdrops, lighting, and aesthetics . ✅ Proactive & Self-Motivated – Someone who owns their work , takes initiative, and strives for continuous improvement . ✅ Basic Video Editing Skills (Bonus) – Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar is a plus.
