Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute engaging content strategies for social media platforms, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Manage and maintain the institute’s LinkedIn & Youtube profile, ensuring regular updates and professional engagement. video editing Design presentations and interactive games for classroom activities to enhance the learning experience. Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service through telephonic communication. Assist in managing and resolving queries related to our services and programs.
