Content Distribution Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Content Distribution Manager to lead and execute our content dissemination strategy across platforms. You will ensure that our content reaches the right audiences, at the right time, through the right channels — driving visibility, engagement, and measurable impact. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute content distribution strategies for multiple formats (video, articles, social posts, newsletters, etc.) • Manage and optimize distribution across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Google, WhatsApp, and email • Collaborate with content creators, media planners, and performance marketing teams to amplify campaigns • Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve distribution tactics • Build and manage relationships with third-party distribution partners and influencers • Ensure brand consistency and tone across all distribution channels • Stay up-to-date with platform algorithms, content trends, and audience behavior Requirements: • 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, digital media, or distribution roles • Strong understanding of content strategy, social media platforms, and SEO principles • Proficiency with content scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite) and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, YouTube Studio) • Excellent communication and project management skills • Ability to work across teams and meet tight deadlines Nice to Have: • Experience in performance marketing or media buying • Knowledge of paid content amplification strategies • Experience working with creators, agencies, or branded content projects Show more Show less
