Job Overview: We are looking for a visionary Content Lead to shape our brand narrative, create compelling content strategies, and drive engagement across digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B content, with some experience in B2C, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Youll lead a team of writers, designers, and content creators to deliver impactful content that positions the company as a thought leader in the transport and logistics industry. Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals. Create engaging, high-quality content for various channels — website, blog, social media, email, brochures, case studies, and whitepapers. Tailor content for different audiences, balancing B2B and B2C messaging as needed. Stay updated with industry trends to craft thought leadership pieces, market insights, and timely content. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of writers, designers, and content specialists. Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging. Manage content calendars, production timelines, and deliverables to meet deadlines. SEO & Content Optimization: Oversee SEO strategies to enhance content visibility and organic reach. Ensure all content is optimized for search engines, including keyword research and on-page SEO practices. Brand Voice & Consistency: Establish and maintain a strong, consistent brand voice across all content. Develop content guidelines to ensure uniformity in tone, style, and messaging. Performance Tracking & Improvement: Use analytics tools to track content performance and gather insights. Continuously refine content strategies based on data, feedback, and market changes. Key Requirements: Experience: 6+ years in content creation, with at least 2 years in a leading role. Experience in the transport, logistics, or related industries is a plus. Writing & Editing Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities. SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization. Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics). Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
