Role & responsibilities Content Strategy & Planning: Develop a content roadmap aligned with the CA exam syllabus, trends, and students needs. Identify high-impact topics for articles, and social media posts. Ensure content is exam-oriented, engaging, and up to date with ICAI updates. Content Creation & Management: Collaborate with educators to create high-quality study notes, and mock test content. Manage a content calendar for Social media, and website/blog. Ensure SEO-friendly content for better visibility on Google. Team Coordination & Quality Control: Work with subject matter experts, video editors, and designers to create engaging content. Review and enhance scripts, video explanations, and infographics for clarity. Ensure consistency in teaching style and brand voice across all platforms. Community Engagement & Trends Analysis: Monitor student queries, comments, and feedback to refine content strategy. Stay updated with ICAI announcements, syllabus changes, and trending topics in the CA community. Analyze YouTube analytics, engagement metrics, and competitor strategies to optimize content. Preferred candidate profile CA, Semi-Qualified CA with a strong understanding of CA exams. 2+ years of experience in content creation, management, or educational content strategy. Proficiency in video content planning, scriptwriting, and SEO-based content creation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Hindi (preferred). Experience with YouTube content strategy and familiarity with social media trends. Knowledge of video editing tools (basic level) and AI-driven content tools is a plus.
