Join our team as a video-focused Content Marketing Strategist and help us on our mission to grow our YouTube channel from 32k to 100k+ subscribers. Key Responsibilities Copywriting and Copy Quality Identify high-potential topics, trends and clusters to use in our channel. Dive into WordPress and craft compelling product stories for videos. Create engaging explainers, website copy, and more. Review and refine scripts and videos to maximize engagement. Ensure were telling the right story in the right way, maintaining high standards of quality. YouTube Growth Collaborate with editors to improve video quality, pacing, transitions, and visual style. Lead scriptwriters to optimize content for retention and engagement while also getting hands-on with the writing to produce scripts. Create attractive video thumbnails that drive clicks. Have a content roadmap and pipeline to increase subscribers and views. What We re Looking For A storytelling expert who can ideate, write, and storyboard tech content and a doer who takes ownership, ensuring experiments go live while moving the needle daily. You should excel at: YouTube Know-how: Deep understanding of YouTube content formats, trends, and retention tactics. Visual Taste: Youll need to correct visual aspects of editors work and telling them what you need. Content Planning: Maintaining a continuous pipeline of fresh ideas. Quality Focus: Meticulous attention to detail in every piece of content. Experience: 3-4 years writing tech content, with some exposure to YouTube.
