Job Title: Content Specialist (Entry Level) Job Summary: The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting engaging and compelling content that showcases our student and faculty achievements, academic offerings, and campus amenities. The Content Specialist will also manage our content calendar and create content for our website, social media platforms, newsletters, and email campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Blogs Write blogs to showcase student/faculty achievements, academics, and amenities. Ensure that each blog is engaging, informative, and aligns with the brand's voice and tone. Content for Website and Social Media Create and update compelling content for social media posts and the website that represents the tone and spirit of the brand. Produce social media posts. Update web pages per month. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content. Content Calendar Create and maintain a master content calendar for marketing activities throughout the year. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely execution of content-related activities. Newsletter and Emailers Create and disseminate the newsletter every quarter. Develop and send email campaigns to engage the marketing pipeline in coordination with outreach, admissions, and marketing teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in content creation, preferably in an educational or corporate environment. Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with SEO best practices and social media trends. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
