Job Purpose: Brand, Content, and Communication will be responsible for building brand equity, enhancing customer engagement, and improving brand visibility and reach. This role will involve conceptualizing and executing brand strategies, creating compelling content, managing brand communications, and supporting marketing initiatives across online and offline platforms. The position combines elements of brand management, content creation, and media relations to ensure consistent, impactful messaging and visibility. Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Management: Conceptualize and execute brand programs and initiatives aimed at building brand equity and improving visibility. Serve as the brand custodian, ensuring consistency and alignment in messaging across all touchpoints. Support branding for events, activations, and other customer-facing initiatives to enhance the brand experience. Amplify brand stories through multiple media channels to grow brand awareness and share of voice. Content Marketing & Copywriting: Write and create customer-centric content for a variety of platforms, including product collaterals, internal communications, blogs, articles, social media posts, video storyboards, and websites. Develop compelling headlines and engaging body copy that capture the attention of target audiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate insights from thought leaders, customers, and partners into content. Proofread, edit, and polish content to ensure its error-free, clear, and consistent in tone. Marketing Collaterals & Design: Conceptualize and design marketing materials, including Point of Sale (PoS) collaterals and product-related marketing support. Create impactful internal branding initiatives such as mailers, newsletters, and campaigns for internal schemes. Manage the creative process for all collateral materials to ensure they align with the brands vision and goals. Media Relations & Influencer Engagement: Manage incoming media requests and build relationships with journalists, bloggers, and online influencers. Identify and engage with brand evangelists, advocates, and key influencers to enhance brand visibility and credibility. Monitor brand mentions and manage ongoing media communications to support the brand's public image. Job Requirements: Qualifications: MBA in Marketing from a Tier II or III B-School (preferred) or a relevant graduate degree. Experience: 3-6 years of experience in brand management, content strategy, copywriting, or a related field. Proven experience in creating content across digital platforms, managing brand communications, and executing marketing campaigns. Strong background in media relations, including influencer and journalist engagement. Skills & Competencies: Functional Competencies : Strong storytelling and content writing skills. Expertise in branding, marketing content creation, and communication strategies. Ability to create engaging, customer-centric content across multiple formats and channels. Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques. Behavioral Competencies : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail and a high standard of work. Creativity and innovative thinking to deliver fresh and impactful branding and content ideas. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on key objectives.
