Focus Areas: Content planning & strategy, content creation, digital and social publishing Job Description: • Conceptualize and plan daily/weekly editorial calendars. • Research, write, and edit high-quality articles on news, culture, events, food, and city life. • Develop long-form and short-form content optimized for both digital and social media. • Collaborate with the Social Media Team to create captions, video scripts, and engaging posts. • Ensure all content is aligned with the brand's voice and editorial guidelines. • Monitor local trends and identify viral content opportunities. • Optimize content for SEO and social media engagement. • Adjust content formats or publishing strategies based on performance data. Requirements: • Strong news sense • Strong research skills. • Creative and trend-savvy with a knack for storytelling. • Excellent communication and community management skills. • Ability to create content across different formats (articles, listicles, guides, etc.). • Familiarity with Mumbais culture, events, and urban life is a must. • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and growth strategies.
