About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Write engaging and on-brand content for social media posts, reels, stories, and campaigns 2. Collaborate with designers, marketing, and branding teams to align visuals and copy 3. Research trends, hashtags, and competitor content to stay relevant and innovative 4. Draft copy for ads, influencer collaborations, product highlights, and promotional posts 5. Maintain a consistent tone of voice across all digital touchpoints 6. Optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversions 7. Proofread and edit content before posting 8. Help build monthly content calendars and campaign ideas Requirements: 1. Hold a bachelor's degree in English, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field 2. Possess 0-2 years of experience in content writing (Interns/Freshers with strong skills can apply) 3. Demonstrate excellent command of written English - grammar, tone, and creativity 4. Understand different content formats and tones for different platforms 5. Stay aware of current social media trends and viral content styles 6. Write catchy captions, hooks, and CTAs 7. Show good collaboration and time management skills Good to Have: 1. Possess basic knowledge of Canva, social media scheduling tools (like Buffer or Meta Business Suite) 2. Have prior experience with D2C or e-commerce brands 3.
