Role Overview: We’re looking for a creative and witty Content Writer who’s a natural storyteller- someone who can craft long-form narratives that feel at home on digital platforms. Your work will be featured across our in-house content properties that focus on pop culture, internet trends, and relatable storytelling. If you live and breathe the internet, stay ahead of cultural trends, and know how to inform while entertaining, this role is made for you. Key Responsibilities: Write and edit engaging, well-researched long-form content including blogs, articles, vlogs, and platform-specific social media posts. Develop witty, insightful, and culturally relevant content for our high-engagement in-house pages that cater to digital-native audiences. Track emerging trends in tech, marketing, pop culture, and internet communities to translate them into fresh content ideas. Conduct thorough research on relevant topics to ensure content is both factual and entertaining. Work closely with the content, creative, and social media teams to brainstorm and execute content that supports campaign goals. Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all formats and platforms. Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and tone. Stay informed on the latest industry trends and digital conversations to keep our content timely and engaging. Skills & Qualifications: Exceptional writing skills with a knack for storytelling, humor, and clarity. Experience producing long-form content for online platforms, especially those with youth-driven or culturally tuned audiences. Strong understanding of digital culture, meme trends, and the fast-moving social media ecosystem. Ability to simplify complex topics- especially in tech or marketing- while adding a creative or humorous edge. Excellent research skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with content marketing strategies and audience engagement tactics. Self-starter with strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at once. Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Show more Show less
