Job Title - Contract Portfolio Manager Location - 13-D,12-D,13-c and 13-B KIADB Industrial Area, 562107, Attibele, Karnataka Work Type : Work From Office (Mon - Fri) Job Description Take overall ownership of assigned portfolio services agreements , to fulfil obligations toward full customer satisfaction Oversee the execution of agreements portfolio in terms of dispatching personnel, and commercial administration, (e.g., extend/renew, price adjustments, invoicing) Serve as the main point of contact for all services agreement matters and ensure timely and successful delivery of the service solutions according to customer needs and objectives Identify new business from existing clients and actively seek new opportunities in collabora tion with the Sales teams Collaborate with the Field Service organization, customer operations centers and sales teams as needed Manage portfolio performance KPIs and trigger relevant corrective actions within the organ ization
