About the Company This role is for a prestigious Data Center client of The Stimulators, a leading Pan Asian hybrid, hyperscale, and edge solutions provider with assets located across APAC in SEA regions. They provide colocation, Enterprise Services, private cloud services, disaster recovery services, and interconnect solutions across cloud service providers, telcos, internet exchanges, and major data centers. About the Role Develop BMS and power management projects' scope of work, schedule, budget, and level of effort (LOE) to projects requested by customers and stakeholders. Manage scope, schedule, finance, and execution of BMS improvement projects in data centers. Assist in procurement-related activities, including requests for quotation/proposals, responding to requests for information, reviewing vendors' proposals, and issuance of purchase orders. Support Controls projects related to commissioning activities in the data centers. Conduct engineering analysis and research designs and methods of data center equipment and facilities. Ensure designs and installations meet requirements (e.g., predicted cooling, structural, operational concerns, etc. Develop data center vulnerability remediation playbooks for control system designs in conjunction with IT teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience. Excellent understanding of industry-standard electrical and mechanical systems used in data centers, as well as controls/monitoring systems. Experience of 10 + years in designing, configuring, programming, installing, troubleshooting, or servicing HVAC Controls and Electrical SCADA systems application application-specific controllers, Building Management System (BMS) Controls software, and networks. Develop and modify control logic programming and graphical user interfaces. Manage multiple stakeholder deliverables, requirements, and navigate challenging situations. Project coordination experience with multiple teams or vendors to meet project requirements for data centers. TCP/IP, MQTT, BACnet, and/or MODBUS communication protocol experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. Required Skills E – Strategic Thinking. E – Ability to set goals and execute vision. Pay range and compensation package: INR 16-18 LPA, including 10-15% variables Essentials: Candidates with immediate availability or shorter notice periods are preferred. Job stability is a must in the profile. Working from the Office for 5 days a week is mandatory.
