Role & responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement automated systems for conveyor manufacturing processes.Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems (e.g., Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi).Oversee the integration of electrical and mechanical systems for seamless automation.Collaborate with design, production, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth workflow.Optimize existing automation processes for improved performance and cost-efficiency.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards (ISO, etc.). Requirements:Education: Bachelors Degree in Electrical, Automation, or Mechatronics Engineering.Experience: Minimum 5 years in industrial automation, preferably in the manufacturing or conveyor industry.Technical Skills: Expertise in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi), HMI/SCADA systems, and industrial sensors/actuators.Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical diagrams, control panels, pneumatics, and robotics integration.Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset, leadership qualities, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibility: Lead engineer on design programs within the department; Responsible forprogram/project management (schedule, budget, action items) as well as reporting. Ability to perform and review detailed electromechanical cad assembly of drawingsand assemblies to investigate performance to customer requirements Perform and present gated design reviews with internal staff, as well as withcustomers at specific times in the design lifecycle of components Conceptual design of machine components and assemblies to support proposals anddevelop innovative solutions to customer requirements for mechanical designs withunderstanding the application Work as part of a team of design and manufacturing engineering staff to bring designsthrough prototyping or reverse engineering and into serial production and projectcompletion Will be familiar with basic and advance designing mechanisms, components,machines, supporting structures, advance brought out parts, vendor knowledge, etc. Will understand and require skill in engineering, optimize performance, workallocation to team, timely work completion, handle team members, customermeetings, Documentation management, design explanation, project handling skill,etc. Interaction with external suppliers for parts manufacturing process & design processand get the quality material as per design criteria Assist the team, training team members, project guidance, Team work manage,Project estimation, etc. Requisite Skills:Knowledge of using mechanical and electronic components like mechanism,Gearmotor, sensors, Automation Logic, pneumatics, hydraulics, etc.Strong grip on basic engineering calculations, team handling, project handling,Able to select the Brought-out parts according to the engineering applicationExperience prototype design, R&D work, Reverse engineering, design improvement,documentation management, customer coordination,Experience in working with cross functional departments like sales, production,purchase, etc.Able to operate MS Excels, PowerPoint, Word, ERP/SAPProficient using Solidworks / AutoCAD (MUST)Strongly experienced in GD&T, able to follow & prepare drawings following ISO /ASME / IS standardsStrong organizational Leadership and English communication skills, Budgeting, costing workout, Manufacturing Drawing Checking, Process & planning Skills, Manage Design Team, Multi Projects Handling, etc.Relevant Experience :Relevant min. 5 years of experience in conveyor systems, packaging machinery, food andpharma machinery, robotics, gantry automation, pick & place systems, conveyor automation, packaging automation, SPM and ASRS design experience. Distribution of work load to operators in order to achieve daily production target. Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production, Develop operational and planning strategies to achieve production and financial objectives. Arranging, repairing and maintaining tools. Troubleshooting and solving technical problemsUtilization of manpower accurately. Organizing daily work at shop floor. Handling skilled manpower and administration of shop floor. Analysis of daily tool consumption and generation of production reports. Ensured proper housekeeping and coordinating with workers. Record preparation of tool history coordinating with purchase, planning, stores, tool room. Preserving discipline according to safety rules. Development of operator through multi-skill. Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to HR Executive immediately.Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities.Provides training and guidance to plant workers to accomplish production goals.Stay updated with product specifications, engineering technology and production processes. Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions, Aid in budget preparation and monitor expenses and profitability.
