Preparing the machine for job and Tool setup for rough and finish Turning, Milling, Drilling, Tapping, Surface grinding operations. Selecting Right Cutting Tools based on Manufacturing and assembly requirements. Optimization of Cutting parameters of conventional machines with right cutting tools to meet mold elements manufacturing requirements (roughing and finishing). Interpretation of 2D/3D prints, GD&T and surface finish to meet molds, Jigs and fixtures manufacturing & assembly requirements. Ensure Men, Machine, Material safety while operating conventional Machines. Prepare and load raw materials and parts in the Conventional machines. Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts.
