Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook or Chef to join our kitchen team and specialize in preparing delicious and high-quality rice bowls. The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-casual or modern Asian-inspired cuisine, with a strong focus on fresh ingredients, presentation, and consistency. Key Responsibilities: Prepare a variety of rice bowls including proteins (chicken, paneer, egg, dal), vegetables, sauces, and toppings. Follow standard recipes while ensuring taste, portion, and presentation meet quality standards. Assist in developing and testing new menu items or seasonal rice bowl offerings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas. Ensure proper food storage, handling, and sanitation procedures are followed. Manage inventory and communicate supply needs to management. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff and contribute to a positive team culture.
