Stay Ahead of Trends: Advocate for market trends and customer needs, translating insights into actionable opportunities. Be Hands-On: Travel to customer sites, labs, and our regional lab in Singapore to provide expert support and build strong relationships. Innovate and Inspire: Bring creative, localized insights to uncover gaps and drive growth opportunities. What we re looking for A minimum of 10 years of experience in production, operations, or technical services in the bakery or functional ingredients sector in India. A Bachelor s degree in Food Science or a related technical field. Excellent communication skills in English and other Indian languages. Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. A proactive, independent mindset with a knack for creative problem-solving. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). The flexibility to travel up to 40% of the time.
