Greeting from Mouser electronics JOB DESCRIPTION Title: Cornerstone System Engineer Location: Bangalore We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cornerstone System Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) architecture and functionality, and a proven track record of implementing and maintaining Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms. This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure the effective deployment, integration, and optimization of the Cornerstone OnDemand system. ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS System Design and Implementation: Design and implement Cornerstone OnDemand solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Customize the platform to meet specific business needs. Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support for the Cornerstone OnDemand platform. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. System Optimization: Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize the functionality and efficiency of the platform. Data Security and Compliance: Ensure that the system adheres to data privacy and security regulations, particularly those related to HR systems. Implement and maintain security protocols. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including new implementations, upgrades, and enhancements to the Cornerstone OnDemand system. Prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and department leaders, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Engage with the Cornerstone Global Support Center on a regular basis for enhancements and support. Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes and configurations. Compliance Monitoring: Regularly review and audit system configurations and processes to ensure ongoing compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Oversees daily work flow and projects for team. Subject matter expert for team job functions. Fosters a learning environment and mentors team members. Works with minimum supervision and makes independent judgments. Assists management with development of results oriented processes and project management. Initiates, establishes and maintains highly effective relationships with business contacts of various cultures, and at all levels. Flexible to meet the changing needs of the business and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments. Extremely confidential and trustworthy. Regular attendance at work is an essential part of the job. SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Cornerstone OnDemand architecture and functionality. Ability to design and implement effective solutions within the platform. Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Project Management: Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 6+ years experience in critical job functions of the team; can be combination of internal and external experience. Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in developing and implementing Cornerstone OnDemand solutions. Expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular. Ability to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Certification in Cornerstone OnDemand or related technologies. Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations related to HR systems.
