Risk management : Event Managers identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address them, including weather-related issues, security concerns, and other potential disruptions. 4. Team management : Event Managers lead and manage event teams, including vendors, contractors, and volunteers. 5. Post-event evaluation : Event Managers evaluate the success of the event and develop recommendations for future events.
