Summary: The Corporate Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of a corporation. This role includes developing financial strategies, ensuring financial compliance, preparing financial reports, and analyzing business performance. The Corporate Finance Manager plays a key role in shaping the company s financial health by making recommendations for financial improvements and risk mitigation, as well as providing support for key business decisions. Key Responsibilities : Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business decisions and monitor company performance. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency. Identify financial risks and ensure adherence to financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls. Provide financial insights and recommendations to guide executive decisions on investments, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with company financial goals. Support investor relations and provide financial reports and presentations for stakeholders, including senior management and investors. Qualifications Skills: Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degrees preferred. 5 10 years of experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, or similar roles, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and budgeting. CFA, CPA, CMA, or similar finance-related certifications are highly desirable. In-depth knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), and financial modeling techniques. Strong ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to improve business performance. Advanced skills in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel), as well as financial analysis and reporting tools. Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex financial information to senior management and stakeholders.
