Role & responsibilities Manpower Planning & AOP Completion: Successful completion and alignment of manpower requirements and AOP. Recruitment SLAs: Adherence to recruitment timelines, cost of hiring, and quality of hiring. Onboarding Process Efficiency: Successful completion of a standardized onboarding process and monthly induction programs. Employee Lifecycle Metrics: Timely completion of probation and reaffirmation, accurate tracking of employee data, and reduced attrition. HR Analytics Insights: Effective use of analytics to drive decision-making and HR improvements. Audit Compliance: Resolution of audit observations and 100% compliance with statutory requirements. Preferred candidate profile Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, and manpower planning, preferably in the energy or corporate sector. Experience with HRIS (e.g., SAP), recruitment systems, and HR analytics tools. Strong understanding of statutory compliance, HR policies, and labor laws. Educational Qualification: Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field- Full time. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an added advantage
