Job Description

Property Acquisitions: Support property acquisition transactions, including drafting and reviewing terms in agreements/deeds. Supervise due diligence of title deeds, including identifying and analyzing potential risks. Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders during the transaction process. Corporate Governance & Compliance: Advise the company on corporate governance matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Assist in ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including filings with government authorities. Contract Law: Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including service agreements, supplier contracts, and partnership agreements. Litigation & Dispute Resolution: Provide legal support for corporate disputes, including pre-litigation strategies and settlement negotiations. Legal Research and Risk Management: Conduct in-depth legal research on corporate laws, regulations, and case law. Provide legal opinions and advice on complex corporate legal issues, in order to minimize risk. Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior lawyers and partners on larger, complex matters while gaining exposure to high-profile corporate deals. Collaborate with other departments within the firm (such as business development and strategic partnerships) to provide comprehensive legal services. Required Skills: Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance processes with reasonable insight into real estate laws. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. Strong legal research and analytical skills. Familiarity with both local and international corporate law practices. A keen interest in staying updated with changes in corporate law and regulations. Experience in advising large corporate clients or multinational organizations
