Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy and Execution:Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to meet organizational objectives.Coordinate with the team to create engaging content for various platforms such as social media, email, and print materials.Market Research:Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities.Gather customer feedback and insights to improve campaigns and brand positioning.Campaign Management:Plan and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including online and offline promotions.Monitor the performance of campaigns and suggest improvements.Social Media and Digital Marketing:Manage the companys social media accounts and execute social media marketing campaigns.Work on SEO, PPC, and email marketing to increase brand visibility.Branding:Develop and maintain consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials.Assist in organizing promotional events and product launches.Collaboration and Reporting:Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, and content) to align marketing initiatives with business goals.Provide regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and other key metrics. Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role (0-1 years preferred).Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO).Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., Canva, HubSpot).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Creative thinking and the ability to adapt strategies as needed.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
