Job Title: Corporate Recruiter (In-house recruitment) Location: Bangalore (Onsite) Experience: 3-6 Years Job Type: Full-time Timings: Dayshift - 9.30 AM - 6.30 PM IST Job Description: We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. You will work closely with HR Team to understand workforce needs and implement effective hiring strategies. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for various roles in multiple locations. Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing methods. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for role suitability. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and timely information. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies. Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to improve employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives. Proven ability to hire fresh graduates across multiple locations. Strong skills in maintaining and updating a database of fresh talent. Ability to build and sustain strong connections with placement officers and students across various educational institutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3-6 years of corporate recruitment experience, preferably in hiring US/ Domestic/ UK Staffing industry Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed etc.). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines. Proficiency in using ATS and HR software. Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus. Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence hiring decisions. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
