Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Relations Officer to strengthen our industry connections, facilitate student placements, organize corporate engagement events, and drive academic collaborations. The ideal candidate will have excellent networking skills, a strong understanding of industry trends, and a passion for connecting students with rewarding career opportunities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Placements & Industry Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners for student internships and job placements. Identify and onboard new recruiters across various industries. Coordinate placement drives, campus recruitment, and industry interaction sessions. Track placement statistics and prepare reports for management. 2. Corporate Events & Engagement: Organize industry talks, networking events, career fairs, and corporate workshops. Collaborate with companies for guest lectures, panel discussions, and skill development sessions. Promote BEAT Education’s brand among corporate stakeholders. 3. Academic Collaboration with Industries: Facilitate MoUs, partnerships, and collaborative projects between BEAT Educations and industries. Work with faculty to align curriculum with industry requirements. Initiate joint research projects, training programs, and certification courses with corporate partners. 4. Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and corporate partners. Gather feedback from employers to improve training and placement processes. Represent BEAT Educations at industry conferences and networking forums. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field. 3+ years of experience in corporate relations, placements, or industry collaboration (preferably in education/training sectors). Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven track record in organizing corporate events and securing placements. Knowledge of current industry trends and hiring practices.
