Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales goals and driving revenue growth through effective sales processes and corporate customer relationship management. 1. Identify and target potential corporate clients within the assigned territory. 2. Create and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets for the corporate segment. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at corporates. 4. Should be well versed with Product Knowledge & Solutions Offerings. 5. Conduct effective sales presentations to prospective corporate clients. 6. Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings / customizations / packaging solutions to meet their specific requirements. 7. Responsible for healthy negotiations to ensure profitability with every deals and enhance long term relation of clients. 8. Manage effective closure of deals, follow up production & ensure timely delivery of products and maintain after sales service to upkeep clients delight. 9. Responsible to improve client base across assigned territory month over month as per targets provided. 10. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities within the corporate food market and provide valid USPs of our Brand in capturing Sales. 11. Identify opportunities for new product offerings or market expansion within the corporate segment. 12. Serve as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for all Client queries / Feedbacks / resolutions. 13. You will be provided with Monthly targets, Incentive & parameters will be evaluated as below, a. Increase in successful completion of deals month over month. b. Repetition of orders from existing Clients. Candidate Profile & Skills required 1. Proven experience in Sales prospecting & corporate sales or business development 2. Strong communication and negotiation skills 3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients 4. Excellent presentation and sales skills 5. Proven track record of achieving sales targets 6. Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities 7. Minimum 5 years Experience in relevant role Corporate Sales
