Job Description: Position Overview: As a Corporate Sales Executive/Manager, you will be responsible for generating revenue by selling delegate/sponsorship spaces for our events. Your role involves reaching out to potential attendees/sponsors, building relationships, and effectively conveying the value proposition of participating in our conferences, seminars, and summits. This position requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and sales skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a strategic plan to achieve sales targets for each event. 2. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential delegates/sponsors through market research, industry databases, and networking events. 3. Outreach and Engagement: Initiate contact with potential delegates/sponsors via phone calls, emails, and social media platforms. Build rapport and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers. 4. Consultative Selling: Understand the needs and objectives of potential delegates/sponsors. Tailor sales pitches to address their specific interests and showcase the benefits of attending our events. 5. Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive presentations to prospective delegates/sponsors, highlighting the value proposition of participating in our conferences and events. 6. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and secure delegate registrations/ sponsorships, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded. 7. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, contacts, and conversions. Prepare regular reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
