Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new corporate clients and managing key accounts. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, building strong relationships with decision-makers, and ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs. Negotiate and close high-value deals with professionalism and accuracy. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop customized solutions. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Lead, coach, and mentor junior sales staff as needed. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 5–8 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales, preferably in [insert relevant industry]. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels, including C-suite executives.
