Greetings from Theobroma!! We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to closing deals. Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate, individual clients and gifting agencies. Develop tailored proposals and presentations to meet client needs. Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain consistent client engagement through meetings, calls, and updates. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and service delivery. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates in CRM tools. Qualifications: 5-10 years of experience in managing direct sales or B2B sales. Preferred experience in the F&B, Hospitality, Real Estate, Banking & Automotive industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle.
