Key Responsibilities: Cost Analysis & Management: Analyze and control costs associated with manufacturing, production, or service processes. Develop and maintain cost accounting systems and procedures. Conduct cost variance analysis and suggest corrective actions. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation and financial planning. Provide cost projections and financial insights to support decision-making. Inventory & Asset Management: Monitor inventory valuation and reconcile discrepancies. Ensure accurate tracking of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods. Financial Reporting: Prepare cost reports and financial statements for management review. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations. Process Improvement: Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements. Implement best practices in cost accounting and internal controls.
