Cost control: Implementing strategies to control costs and maximize efficiency in production processes. 3. Budgeting and forecasting: Developing budgets and financial forecasts based on cost analysis and market trends. 4. Inventory management: Monitoring inventory levels and evaluating inventory costs to optimize inventory turnover and minimize carrying costs.
