Position: Executive Business Intelligence/Costing Location: Hulimavu, Bangalore Education Qualification: CMA-India Experience: 0-2 Years Roles and responsibilities Cost control and cost reduction, Providing analytical support to maximize the profitable performance of the business unit. Analyse past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts Identifying opportunities for improving business processes and effective utilization of resources and assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems to achieve the same Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards Assists or participates in studies of new projects to determine the feasibility Develops policy and procedures to improve production efficiency and cost-effectiveness Functioning in a liaison capacity between business groups, units, and processes Skills required Knowledge of Costing, Good Analytical skills Strong Excel skills
