Identifying items for cost saving/value engineering & working out cost for the same & Periodically updating of estimates in SAP. Budget Release, monitoring of Budget in SAP. Preparation of Cash flow. Preparation of Budgeted vs Actual Report. Monitoring Baseline Estimate and making Detailed Estimate on quarterly basis Preparation of BOQ quantities from drawings required for tender. Carryout market survey and prepare rate analysis various item. Work out cost variances due to changes in drawing/Specification and take necessary approval from management. Possess knowledge in Execution of projects, Estimation & billing, Cash flows and progress reports. Check and approve material reconciliation
