Position : Costing Engineer Exp : 8+ years Location : Bangalore. JOB DESCRIPTION: Adhere to company policies and guidelines while establishing costing parameters and managing daily operations of the costing department.(Product costing,Process costing,Zero Based costing) Maintain client-specific costing templates and organized folders. Track the RFQ pending list, prioritize tasks, and submit quotes accordingly. Gather all necessary costing inputs from clients to perform accurate product costing. Collaborate with clients and internal cross-functional teams to address queries and clarify requirements for costing initiation. Coordinate with Business Development, Supply Chain, NPD, Tool Room, Manufacturing, and Process Engineering teams. Participate in price negotiations, finalization, and annual cost reviews. Schedule regular factory visits to assess actual cost parameters and conduct costing analysis. Work closely with the SAP-ERP team to ensure compliance with SOPs, ERP-BOM approvals, and pricing approvals.
