Roles and Responsibilities Manage costing functions, including product costing, process costing, inventory valuation, and cost control management. Conduct cost audits to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions. Analyze variances from budgeted costs using variance analysis techniques. Develop and maintain accurate cost sheets for products/services offered by the company. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing strategies based on market trends and customer needs. Desired Candidate Profile 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within FMCG industry. ICWA (CMA) degree in Any Specialization; MBA Finance preferred but not mandatory. Strong understanding of costing principles, including product costing, process costing, inventory valuation, and cost control management. Proficiency in tools such as Excel or other relevant software for data analysis.
