Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve admission targets. Conduct market research to understand trends and competition in the education sector. Build and mainain relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions to generate leads. Organize and participate in events, webinars, and workshops to promote our coaching programs. Engage with prospective students and parents through one-to-one counseling sessions, phone calls, and online platforms. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase enrollments and brand awareness. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns. Provide regular feedback on market conditions, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development in the education sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Knowledge of the International education market. Males Candidates Prefered for BDM role
