1. Build relationships with prospective leads 2. Educate on courses to the prospective leads 3. Follow up on leads generated through various sources 4. Stay accessible and available to customers to respond to their queries, questions, and concerns 5. To analyze the interests of the candidate as well as understanding his/her key skills of the candidate. 6. Maintain consistent contact with existing leads.
