Job Title: Store Manager – Ikisha Location: Ground Floor, Shop no. 2, Milestone Acropolis Beside Centre Court, Parlepoint, Surat, Gujarat 395007 Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Owner Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and experienced Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our jewellery store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring that all store operations run smoothly and efficiently. A strong background in retail management, particularly in luxury or jewellery sales, is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Service Drive store sales to meet or exceed targets. Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring a memorable and luxurious shopping experience. Handle VIP clients and high-value transactions with professionalism and discretion. Team Leadership Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store staff. Schedule and assign employees, following up on work results. Conduct performance evaluations and implement training programs to support employee development. Operations Management Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention. Maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with brand guidelines. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Administrative Duties Prepare sales reports, payroll, budgets, and other documentation as required. Monitor KPIs and analyze performance metrics. Coordinate with head office on promotions, marketing initiatives, and operational changes. Security & Compliance Enforce strict security protocols for high-value merchandise. Ensure adherence to industry standards and legal requirements, including product authenticity and quality assurance. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in the retail jewellery or luxury goods sector. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Sales-driven with a strong understanding of customer needs and buying behaviours. Proficient in POS systems, inventory software, and MS Office Suite. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking under pressure. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in gemmology or jewellery appraisal is a plus. Experience in visual merchandising and brand storytelling.
