Responsibilities: Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of Coupa Spend Management solutions, including Procurement, Invoicing, Expense Management, and potentially other modules. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Coupa functionalities and configurations. Analyze system logs and identify the root cause of problems. Develop and implement solutions to resolve technical issues efficiently. Stay up-to-date on the latest Coupa features, updates, and best practices. Client Support: Provide exceptional technical support to clients using Coupa AMS services. Work collaboratively with clients to understand their specific needs and challenges. Configure and customize Coupa AMS functionalities to meet client requirements. Train and educate clients on using Coupa AMS effectively. Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally. Document solutions and troubleshooting steps for future reference. Collaboration & Communication: Work effectively with internal teams, including development, product management, and account management, to resolve client issues. Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. Prepare reports and documentation to track client issues and resolutions. Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with cloud-based enterprise software solutions. Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Strong understanding of SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) delivery models. In-depth knowledge of Coupa Spend Management solutions, with a focus on Coupa AMS functionalities (highly preferred). Experience with API integrations and data management concepts (a plus). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A customer-centric approach with a commitment to client satisfaction.
