Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced CPI Architect to join our dynamic team at Percipere Consulting. The CPI Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) solutions for our clients, ensuring seamless integration across diverse systems, and providing technical leadership to drive successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in SAP CPI, a deep understanding of integration patterns, and a passion for innovation. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) solutions for clients, aligning with their business objectives. Provide architectural guidance and best practices for implementing and optimizing integration solutions using SAP CPI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure effective integration design and implementation. Identify and resolve complex integration challenges and issues in both cloud and on-premise environments. Analyze system requirements and create integration roadmaps to support scalability and future growth. Conduct performance tuning and optimization for integration scenarios to ensure system efficiency and stability. Mentor and guide junior team members in CPI-related technologies and integration best practices. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in SAP CPI, recommending new technologies and tools to improve integration processes. Provide technical leadership and subject-matter expertise during client discussions and solution presentations. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and support during the post-implementation phase to ensure seamless functionality. Skills & Qualifications: Experience : Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP integration solutions with a focus on SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). SAP CPI Expertise : Extensive experience in designing, configuring, and implementing end-toend integration solutions using SAP CPI. Technical Proficiency : Strong knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, web services, REST, SOAP, S/4HANA, and cloud technologies. End-to-End Integration Experience : Experience working with various SAP and non-SAP systems, cloud-based applications, and on-premises solutions. System Architecture : Proven expertise in defining integration architecture and working with enterprise-level solutions. Programming & Scripting Skills : Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and other relevant scripting languages. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, capable of handling complex integration challenges. Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Team Leadership : Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers and integration specialists to drive successful outcomes. Certifications : SAP CPI or related integration certifications are preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP PI/PO, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Experience working in Agile development environments. Exposure to integration with third-party applications and cloud services (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.). Experience in client-facing roles, managing stakeholder expectations, and leading project delivery.
