Key Responsibilities: Design & Brand Communication Design visually engaging templates and layouts for research reports (Equity, IPOs, Mutual Funds, Thematic Reports, etc.). Maintain consistency across all creatives product decks, newsletters, infographics, and digital campaigns aligned with brand guidelines. Support the research and marketing teams with intuitive, reader-friendly creatives that drive engagement. Design event collaterals such as banners, standees, and backdrops. Marketing & Campaign Support Design for both digital and print channels: social media creatives, presentations, email campaigns, brochures, landing pages, and more. Create interactive and motion-based content (animations, GIFs, short videos) for online platforms. Ensure all designs meet regulatory standards (e.g., SEBI guidelines, research disclaimers, etc.). Web & Landing Page Development Design and develop responsive HTML landing pages or CMS-based pages as needed for lead generation and campaign objectives. Collaborate with the digital team to implement performance-focused web design solutions. Optimize user experience and ensure seamless integration with marketing funnels and analytics tools. Strategic & Creative Leadership Own and evolve the visual identity of SMIFS across platforms and assets. Work with research analysts, marketers, and stakeholders to convert complex data into visual narratives. Manage multiple design projects, balancing creativity with deadlines and compliance. Stay updated on design trends, creative tech (AI, Gen AI), and financial branding strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Technical & Creative Expertise Bachelors degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. 4-6 years of experience in a senior design role preferably within financial services, stock broking, or research-focused environments. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (WordPress, Web flow, or similar). Motion design and animation skills are a plus. Ability to design for both web and print formats. Domain Knowledge Experience working with financial contentresearch reports, investment products, stock market insights. Understanding of SEBI or stock exchange compliance requirements for creative output is highly preferred. Soft Skills Excellent visual storytelling and design sensibility. Strong time management and project execution capabilities. Confident communicator with a collaborative, solution-driven mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
