About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Own brand core development including logo evolution, colour story, type hierarchy, and creating an accessible brand guide 2. Design and produce learning materials such as booklets, answer keys, worksheets, and slide decks that are visually appealing and print-ready 3. Develop marketing assets including email templates, social media posts, web banners, and posters aimed at engaging parents and students 4. Create physical space design elements like signage, interior palette, and flagship learning centre visuals that inspire possibility 5. Listen to students, tutors, and parents to understand their needs and design with clarity and purpose 6. Conduct quick pilot tests, gather real feedback, and refine designs rapidly 7. Maintain brand consistency by coaching non-designers and ensuring everyday outputs align with brand standards Requirements: 1. Demonstrate strong visual design skills with solid grasp of layout, typography, colour, and hierarchy for print and digital media 2. Possess print production experience including preparing booklets, posters, and worksheets with knowledge of bleed, resolution, and print specs 3. Be confident in digital design for web, email platforms (e.g., Brevo, Mailchimp), and social media balancing style and function 4. Show proficiency in Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma or Sketch; familiarity with Canva is a bonus 5. Exhibit clear communication skills with ability to explain design choices simply, create documentation, and write clearly 6. Build and apply brand systems consistently across all assets, from worksheets to building facades 7. Work collaboratively and iterate quickly with educators and marketers, accepting feedback positively 8. Bonus skills include motion design, light video editing, and spatial/environmental design such as signage or learning centre layouts Deadline: We will start interviews as soon as the right folio lands.
