We’re XPulse — building India’s EV infrastructure with tech, data, and good vibes. We’re expanding fast, but our design game needs your fresh Gen-Z sauce . If you’ve ever made a reel, edited a sick thumbnail, or fought with fonts for hours, we already like you. What you'll be doing (aka creating magic): Designing scroll-stopping content for social media, investor decks, product launches, memes, and more Editing videos that look like “Netflix meets Tesla” Adding motion, emotion, and commotion (the good kind) to our brand Throwing creative ideas at the wall — and watching many of them stick! Working closely with the team that actually gets design (no boring corporate PPT vibes here) You’re a fit if you: Love Adobe tools / Canva / Figma / CapCut / your secret creative weapons Know how to edit videos & bring graphics to life Can make even an EV charger look sexy on screen Think memes are an art form (because they are) Hate Comic Sans and can passionately explain why Perks: Your work goes live (not buried in folders!)
