(Experience in copywriting from other industries will not be considered for this position) Job Purpose: We’re looking for a dynamic Creative Director – Copy who can think in both English and Hindi with equal flair. Someone who understands brand strategy, audience insight, and can craft compelling campaigns across digital, ATL, and experiential touchpoints. You’ll lead a team of writers, collaborate closely with art partners, and be responsible for delivering ideas that are both effective and award-worthy. Key Accountabilities Develop and guide high-impact creative campaigns in both English and HindiWrites narratives, scripts and storyboards, annotations and treatmentsExpresses ideas with clarity; on brand; on message and targeted to the audiencePresents ideas to both the wider internal team and, occasionally, externally to clients with structure and parityComprehends and understands brand continuity, brand guidelines and brand positioningCreatively supports the effective use of technology and its applications to solve business problemsContributes work to pitchesDrives, defines and feeds back on: quality of briefs, regular reviews, feedback channels, creative quality and collaborationProactively identifies opportunities for creative work to be performed for clients, with guidance from seniors and directorsExecutes creative concepts together with the Art Director at the direction of the creative director.Mentor and guide junior copywriters and interns, providing constructive feedback and fostering their professional growth. Professional Skills: Proven experience as a Group Head or similar role in a mainline advertising agency.Strong portfolio demonstrating bilingual (English + Hindi) copywriting.A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of long-form and short-form content, including TV, radio, social, digital, print, etc.Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with impeccable attention to detail.Excellent grasp of consumer behaviour, cultural nuances, and storytellingProven ability to think strategically and conceptuallyComfortable working in high-paced environments with tight timelinesAbility to lead and inspire a creative team, fostering collaboration and innovation.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
