Whizz HR is hiring Creative Director to work with leading online brand at Mumbai Role: The role of the Copy Supervisor/ Content Strategist/ Digital Strategist is a hybrid role requiring project management and copywriting skills. The performance is critical to the success of the Digital team as this team member is not just responsible for translating brands ’ marketing objectives into strategies, designs and plans but also ensuring on - time, on - budget delivery of error free campaign deliverables for the same.• Giving direction to the Brand Strategy team and help in developing rich content applicable across different digital media platforms.• Demonstrate a proven ability to translate complex, technical information into com pelling, outside - the - norm concepts and on - strategy marketing deliverables in all media — both traditional and digital.• Participate in creative team concept sessions, help reference and highlight copy, and attend all relevant internal project - related meetings. Roles and Responsibilities :• Take end - to - end ownership of the tasks• Constantly look for new & compelling copy presentation• Taking responsibility for content and creative strategy for each brand across social media platforms and integrate these with innovation• Manage to craft not just social media strategies, but also 360 - degree digital marketing campaigns.• Participate in client meetings and presentations when applicable• Determine opportunities to generate clients ’ work and actively pursue them.• Manage brands across various cuisines; right from Indian to Italian.• Manage and lead a team of 4 copywriters and constantly give them creative direction.• Display strong creative ability in communication created in association with art supervisor and account supervisor• Guide teammates and establish strong relationship with Art Supervisor and Account Supervisor• Ensuring the brand ’ s voice is maintained across interactions on all social media platforms• Accountability for the creative behind each brand/campaign• Improve and innovate on the existing content in order to connect with a larger & correct audience• Accountability for optimal usage of resources allocated to each brand as per billings• Strategize on brand’s long - term vision with client as well as with the internal team .• Planning the yearly road map for each brand/campaign in collaboration with the client ’s requirements• Focusing on generating campaigns that not only have a financial focus but a strong award generating potential• Setting a clear organisational workflow and ensuring it functions smoothly along with contri buting towards developing future leaders• Ensuring deadlines on delivery of product & optimal credit period management are met Desired Skills and Experience : • Exceptional written, verbal and visual communication skills• Mass communications, Journalism or English Literature Graduate and proven proficiency in any relevant field• 7 years of experience in digital media marketing• 2 + years of experience in a leadership role in a creative agency is a must• Strong leadership, project management and time management skills along with strong business acumen, management, and problem - solving skills• Is a digital native – proficient in the use of social media for brands• Experience and understanding of the managed market environment is a plus.• The ideal candidate will be self - motivated, resourceful and have impeccable content and leadership skills.
