🎯 Job Opening: Creative Graphic Designer (Full-Time / Hybrid Remote) Agency Specialization: Animation | Motion Graphics | Branding | Visual Storytelling Location: Preferably Jaipur (Hybrid), Remote talent welcome Salary: ₹10,000–15,000 to start. Up to ₹25,000 within 6–18 months based on performance & value. 🧠 Who We're Looking For An exceptional Visual Creative who isn’t just a designer but a thinker and problem solver — someone who blends classic graphic design fundamentals with AI tools , creative automation, and strategic thinking to produce stunning results for our agency and clients. We want someone who: Can turn briefs into brilliance Knows how to use AI tools (like Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway ML, Photoshop AI, Canva AI, etc.) Can craft and optimize prompts to generate intelligent visuals or video assets Has a strong sense of design principles , branding, visual hierarchy, and storytelling Thinks in concepts , not just colors Understands client psychology and what gets designs approved fast Is a multi-tool ninja — Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, After Effects, or anything that gets the job done 🔧 Skills & Tools You Should Have Design Tools: Adobe Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD Figma (for UI/UX layouts & web screens) Canva Pro or similar quick-edit platforms AI Tools (Bonus / Priority): MidJourney, Leonardo AI (for image generation) Runway ML (for video) ChatGPT + Prompt Engineering (for idea/brief generation) Any AI that improves design workflow or creative outcomes Other Must-Haves: Knowledge of design feedback cycles — design final karwana aata ho, not just banana Conceptual thinking — aap 5 versions dekar client ka decision asaan bana paayein English + Hindi content sense — to work on social creatives Fast delivery — Mahine ke creatives timely, daily, weekly base pe submit kar sakein Bonus: Animation/Video editing basic skills (AE/Premiere/CapCut/RunwayML) 🚀 Growth & Expectations Start with ₹10–15k/month depending on skillset & creativity Proven impact = 6-month raise to ₹16–25k based on: Client satisfaction Reduced feedback rounds Revenue/conversion impact of your designs You'll be involved in client & agency designs — including ads, social media posts, websites, packaging, etc. Expected: 1–2 office visits per month for briefings, bonding, and creative synergy Travel reimbursements for Uber/local travel will be provided 📈 Why Join Us?
