Understanding clients' business needs and developing concepts that align with their goals. Presenting initial design layouts for approval. Creating design briefs by gathering information through research. Developing innovative ideas and concepts to meet project requirements. Delivering finalized designs and concepts to clients or account managers. Utilizing a wide range of media, including photo manipulation. Demonstrating illustrative skills through rough sketches and customizing fonts in line with brand guidelines. Staying updated with emerging technologies in new media, particularly design software such as WordPress, FreeHand, and Adobe Suite (animation and 3D rendering skills are a plus). Collaborating with team members, including printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, designers, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists. Keeping up-to-date with trends in the visual arts and having a practical understanding of material costs and time constraints, which can influence design. Creating designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on layout principles and aesthetic design concepts. Producing video content using both original and repurposed footage. Editing raw footage into high-quality, polished videos with seamless transitions and visual appeal. Enhancing videos with graphics, effects, and animations to strengthen their impact. Working closely with the content team to align video content with political and brand narratives. Developing short, engaging reels for social media, focusing on political themes and current events. Staying current with the latest video editing software, tools, and techniques. Adding music, dialogues, graphics, and effects to videos. Creating rough and final video cuts. Requirements: Proven graphic designing experience in digital and offline media. Prior work experience as an Illustrator, graphic designer, or similar. Knowledge of image editing and design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Knowledge of motion graphics using tools like Aftereffects, InDesign, etc. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong conceptual and artistic skills. Proficiency in Telugu Language and english Proven experience as a video editor with a portfolio showcasing political or bands content and reel creation movie background. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools. Strong understanding of political messaging and the ability to translate complex political ideas into visually compelling content. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
