Job Title: Creative Head (Video Content Creation) Location: Hyderabad Job Type: Full-time / Contract About the Role: We are seeking a talented and dynamic Creative Head to lead our video content creation process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the creative vision of our video content, overseeing scriptwriting, and ensuring smooth coordination of the production process. You will work closely with a small, focused team to produce high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience. Key Responsibilities: Creative Vision & Strategy : Develop and define the overall creative direction and strategy for our video content. Work closely with stakeholders to understand brand goals, audience, and messaging. Create content roadmaps, identifying key themes and topics for upcoming videos. Scriptwriting & Content Development: Lead the development of video scripts, ensuring they align with the brand voice, tone, and objectives. Collaborate with a scriptwriter (if applicable) or write scripts directly, including research, structuring, and editing content for clarity and engagement. Ensure scripts are optimized for storytelling, pacing, and audience retention. Production Coordination: Oversee the video production process, from pre-production planning to post-production. Collaborate with the videographer to ensure visual content aligns with the creative vision. Manage production schedules, timelines, and ensure content is delivered on time and on budget. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small creative team, ensuring consistent communication and a collaborative work environment. Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, to ensure alignment across content and brand initiatives. Troubleshoot and problem-solve creative challenges during production. Quality Control & Brand Consistency: Ensure the final product meets creative standards and aligns with brand guidelines. Provide feedback and edits to video content during the post-production phase to ensure the finished video is polished and professional. Qualifications: Proven experience in video content creation, including scriptwriting, directing, and coordinating production. Strong portfolio showcasing your creative vision and ability to produce high-quality video content. Experience leading or managing a creative team, with a solid understanding of video production workflows. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of video production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro) and an understanding of post-production processes. A passion for storytelling and creating engaging, impactful content that resonates with audiences. Preferred: Experience working in a fast-paced, small team environment. Background in digital marketing or social media content creation.
